Offered me a "free" tablet for being a loyal customer of over 10 years, wound up.costing me $300 in unwanted charges and cancellation fees. This not how you treat loyalty
My family and I have been with sprint for over ten years:) have never had a problem. On the other hand they always find a way to reduce my bill and are always very nice and helpful. Maybe it's because I been loyal and don't switch careers every time some other cellphone company puts out a "deal". I like Sprint and don't think of switching:)
Signed up at another location, 20 days later the note 7 comes out... original location i went to said even though there is a 30 day guarantee they're was nothing they could do to get me the note 7..
Came to this location and they were able to do it, no questions asked. Very happy with the service here!
Deceitful
This store is staffed by the dumbest and rudest people I have ever dealt with in my life. After waiting close to an hour to be waited on the boob that tried to help us did not know what he was doing. He had the audacity to argue with me so I ended up walking out and doing it online. Sprint why do you have brick and mortar stores staffed with incompetent morons? What a joke!
Don't bother with this horrible company! I have had fraud on my account since October when my grandmother was dying in the hospital. They shut off my phone, so I paid whatever I needed to pay at the time. They shipped a new iPhone 7 to an unauthorized address, from my account, and charged me for it! Proved fraud, and I still have past due balances, haven't gotten back the almost $300 I paid in a desperate attempt to get my account turned back on, and 4 months later still getting calls and emails that my account is past due. Absolutely useless. Then, I can't get a human on the phone, because all they want is money that I DON'T owe them! Fraud department has already confirmed it was fraud! Contacting the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trades Commission, Federal Communications Commission and will never recommend sprint again! Negative reviews will be in ever single available place I can manage to put them! Unnecessary stress, and the most horrible time! I repeat, STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM SPRINT AS YOU CAN!!!!!!
