The Brick NJ store has the nicest and most helpful employees ever! They go above and beyond to help you solve your cell phone battery's problem. Shopping the Web can not do that. They make shopping a pleasure. I would definitely shop there again. They treat you like family.
When I inquired about the excess charge I was told it is federal law ! Hah ! There goes the government again.
I spent practically all day Friday looking for a battery for my lawn tractor...then I found Batteries + Bulbs. They were the ONLY store that had the battery. I ordered and paid for it online. When I arrived at the store, I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did they have the right battery, the person who took care of me was pleasant and efficient.
Serious changes need to be made for certain applications. I can certainly understand the core charge which is totally refundable if you have a core. However in my case there are no cores. I'm basically screwed. Next time ill go to the junkyard and aquire dead batteries to turn in . Hah !
