Not very good at answering the phone. was on hold for 6 minutes, I hung up and called back and no answer. Just had a quick question that could’ve taken 5 seconds to answer
The customer service is HORRIBLE in this store. The employees (Eric) like to make comments in front of customers and roll their eyes, tell us to take out business elsewhere. If you can not answer a question the customer has, then you shouldn't be working with the public or in customer service! GameStop really needs to work on the people they hire, their employees will ruin their store, if they did not ruin it already. But we will take Eric's advice and take our business elsewhere!
Worst customer service ever. Save your time and money and buy your games across the street at best buy. GameStop employee's even The actual Store Manager himself Eric uses foul language, curses,hang's up phone on you. If there's more than 3-4 customers in store their employees complain, mumble under their breath how much they hate their job. I've been told "If you don't like it here, go somewhere else". They hire nothing but immature kids that have a poor customer service attitude. Trust this review. You won't like your experience. Most that go to this store don't.
Good service but don't trade in any of your games there
Use to love shopping in Gamestop, but no longer. Used to have rare items and stuff that was hard to find. The staff doesn't seem like they have interest in helping you. I went here the last three times. No "Hello, can I help you?" or nothing. Maybe it is because I don't buy anything in there anymore because they don't really have much of a selection anymore. It is either the other stores have it. I don't usually go out of my way to get something being I live around the area, but the last few times, it has been the case. Now, I just shop at Amazon, even if the longest it takes is two days. Never going back to Gamestop again.
