I came all the way from Brooklyn for another reason. The store is a mess. There's graffiti on the back wall. The staff kept on staring everywhere I went. I was approached three time by a salesperson suggesting different sex toys. I will never go back to this store.
A sales associate who was suppose to make sure my purchase was correct, made a mistake and sold me the wrong battery. I went back to get the right battery and because of their "Every Sale is Final" policy, I was not able to do so. The manager was rude and simpleminded. She stated "I don't see how you don't understand and there are five signs pointing at you, that say "Every Sale is Final." I explained to her several times how I understood that but the mistake was not on me but on one of her employees. Also that she wouldn't be making an exception for me but be doing the right thing! Terrible customer service!
Should not be located near a school dvds are garbage boycott this store
