our dog spent 2 nights in the pet hotel and came home with ringworm. the manager had no desire to rectify the situation. DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE!
We have been coming here for the last 5 five years. And I must say I love all of the veterinary doctors and employee's are always friendly. The place is always clean. And the doctors and staff are always concern with all the little pouches. I'm giving credit to the Petsmart in Brick, NJ.
I bring my dogs here to get groomed and I have used the pet hotel services twice so far when I've had to go out of town on business. The staff is absolutely fantastic. One of my dogs would not eat during the last stay cause he's very attached to me and they tried everything to get him to eat they succeeded with soft food. They will go over and beyond to make sure your pets are well takin care of. The groomers are absolutely fantastic and they are always so excited to see my dogs. I give this place a big A+. Thanks so much to everyone at the Brick NJ Petsmart. Yall Rock!
