I had been couch hunting for months, and I wish I would have gone here sooner. Michael's in Brick had really nice things for unbeatable prices. Our salesman Joe was awesome! He listened to what I was looking for and steered in in the right direction. He also showed me different selections. He helped the overwhelming process feel more easy and stress free. Very friendly.
I ordered a bed that took 6 weeks to arrive and once delivered it wasn't what I ordered or expected. I was very upset about this and anxious to return the bed or get a what I expected at least though I also wasn't thrilled with the way this ordered bed arrived. I went back to the store to try to resolve and I'm happy to say the owner worked with me to resolve this. I ordered a different bed that arrived in about 3 weeks as promised. I paid more for this bed but I got a nicer product. The bed was delivered, assembled and is what I wanted and expected. I am pleased with how this was resolved after the problem with the first bed. Mistakes with orders happen but at least this was resolved and in the end I am sleeping on a nice new bed.
I highly recommend Michael’s Furniture. I purchased several rooms of furniture and have been extremely happy with the customer service I received. Michael stands behind everything he sells. It felt great to give my business to a local small business owner rather than becoming only a number at one of the furniture monster stores.
Received my furniture today as promised, one week after ordering. I shopped around and Michael's has the best prices by far. The delivery men were AWESOME, assembling all the furniture where I wanted and taking the garbage with them. They were quick, efficient and personable. I can't imagine why anyone would buy furniture anywhere else.
