High pressure sales, clerk who was helping us not knowledgeable at all about furniture for sale.
DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!! AARON'S CAME TO MY HOUSE FOR A PAYMENT AND WHEN HUSBAND WENT TO GET THE MONEY THEY LEFT. I HAD LET THEM KNOW I HAD 2 DEATHS IN THE FAMILY AND WASN'T GOING TO BE HOME THE NEXT DAY WHICH WAS SATURDAY 7/29/17. WHEN I GOT HOME MY NEIGHBORS TOLD ME HOW THEY SAT IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE FOR 5-6 HOURS SMOKING AND THROWING CIGARETTES BUTTS IN OUR YARDS, THEY WERE PLAYING AND TAKING MY OTHER NEIGHBORS KITTENS AND PLAYING WITH THEM AND BRINGING THEM IN THE WORK TRUCK. THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I AM RETURNING MY MERCHANDISE AND GOING TO RENT A CENTER. I WILL BE TAKING THIS TO THE PRESS AND SOCIAL MEDIA SO NOBODY HAS TO BE HARASSED BY THEM AGAIN!
I never write reviews because I'm not that guy. But I had to share with you what a great experience I had. my wife went in to buy a living room set, being we werent ready to buy a new set outright we thought Aarons would be a great option. WhiIe we were signing all the final paperwork each and every thing was gone over to make sure that we understood everything, from Even our delivery guys were great, very professional and didn't leave any mess behind. I read some of the other reviews but haven't had anyone banging down my door or stalking kittens, but then again we've paid our bill on time.

Found a living set online I liked online the estimated delivery date was 5-7 business days. Decided to go into the store the person helping us showed us the same set we saw online and said it was at the same price. But when the manager came out she stated the store price is different then online. When I said I'd order off line I was told by the manager not everybody gets approved but I could still try. Went online and was approved made my first payment and was given my next payment date and amount to be paid was in my price range. I was then contacted by the homes solutions department who let me know everything was approved they just had to call my references (which no one ever did) and the store would contact me in 5-7 business days to set up a delivery date (which no one ever did). I contacted the store was told the gm was out for days and she's the only one who handles online orders. 2 days later I receive a call from her saying for some reason the order didn't go through even though I was approved and they took my money. She said I could come in store to place another order but it's not going to be for the online price it would be more. No one ever processed my order because they rather you pay more then what you're approved for online. What's the point of having online prices and online ordering if the orders will never be processed. It took them less then a minute to take my money but now I have to wait 5-7 business days to get it back. If your looking to lease to own and actually want to receive your order go to rent a center. The prices aren't much different but they actually do their job and you receive your order quickly.
