Called for a price on tires. Even though I did not get the tires yet. I will be going. Just wanted to tell the public how nice it is to deal with friendly people. Like at this people.
This is the worst Firestone I have ever dealt with. They broke the motor in my convertible top along with putting the tie rods in back wards. They knew they did it because they laughed when we brought it back to get the tie rods fixed we asked if there was a fee. I will be contacting corporate about them and the Spring Lake shop on a couple of issues I have had. I have been a loyal customer of Firestone for over 15 yrs and yes I agree Greg is good, his co-workers are not and they leave a lot to be desired. A LOT!
No free food. go to Mazda instead. although the workers are chill. the TV is always boring and some stranger always has the remote and you can't change it. bored out of my mind waiting and end up reading the missing person pages. nice bathroom but when ma says Firestone day I tend to cry. it's ok though.

A huge Thank you to Kevin and the 2 mechanics who waited for me to get there on Sunday (and when I say I got there at exactly 5:00 closing time) I had spoke to Kevin who knew I was being towed in with a flat tire and was late for a party not to mention I was an hour and a half from home so needless to say leaving my car overnight would have just made things even worse, they waited for me to get there and fixed me up with 2 new tires and could not have been more polite. I apologized for keeping them past closing and he was like no problem just glad we were able to help. They were not upset or frustrated that I got there so late just very happy they could help me. Again a big Thank you to Kevin and the mechanics!!!
