You can't find a more honest, caring and knowledgeable car repair business in the state. I brought my old car to a new car dealer to fix two recall items. They repaired the one and told me they couldn't repair the other because to do so would require expensive body work for which I would have to pay. My wife called Al's, who had previously serviced the car and had it running like a clock, to ask for advice. Al's representative Andre said he would look into it. He had the car towed to Al's where they finished the recall work (in about half an hour) AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME. My opinion? The people at Al's are the best. I give them my highest rating.
It is harder to find a good mechanic then it is to find a good doctor. I have found the very best place for auto repairs. I have a Porsche and would not trust anyone else with it. They go above and beyond what any other place has ever done for me. They are honest and treat all cars the same. It’s not that you have a better car so you can afford more. I have recommended Al’s to so many people and all have thanked me for telling them.about the great service, people and price.
To begin, Andre was incredibly professional with his communication skills and expert mechanical ability from the beginning to the very end completion of all the repairs involved. Ross hands down is a superior mechanic, handling majority of the complete removal and installation of a new crate motor in my Ford F-150 pickup. It's runs like a brand new truck, as if I just drove it out of a showroom lot. They also replaced the shocks with parts that I had supplied with no confrontation upon me supplying them, in fact they directly sent them to the shop itself with no complications. All the professional men in the shop had a hand on the mechanics of my truck. They also installed a complete set of front and rear breaks. Andre made sure I was informed every step of the way from the installation completions to advising me of situation of concern while parts were removed to help assist in the additional costs of other issues that may arise later in time of truck ownership. Just moving to this area I truly feel blessed that I have found this complete Amazing team of professional men to achieve above and beyond my standards of Excellence. Thank you guys for protecting my Ford F-150 investment!
I have been going to Al's for a few years now. Best in business. I drive all the way from Eatontown to Bricktown to get my car worked on because I can't find another mechanism that can match either the quality of the work or the price.
Andre was unbelievably helpful getting a necessary repair done for me before their Christmas break. It would have been a certain hassle for me to do what needed to be done, e.g. arrange a tow to another shop, get a longer rental car, etc., at a time (Christmas) when I had several other things to do (as you may imagine). Plus, the work was done excellently and his staff has always been friendly and accomodating. I am so grateful for him going above and beyond the call of duty and I would most definitely recommend this shop.
