This person is a liar do NOT trust them at all.
Don't trust these guys with anything. They bought an item two times on ebay and claimed the item didn't work. In retrospect the item was an electronic item that they did not know how to work. NOPE Jerry, this is the right one in Brick, NJ. You are the person that I am talking about.
Jerry's Cleaners has destroyed another garment brought to them for cleaning. Once again, they refused to acknowledge their error or make the situation right. They are unprofessional garbage and they do not deserve your patronage or trust. In fact, I do not know they are in business at all. If you value your possessions at all, PLEASE do not bring them to Jerry's. They will find a way to ruin your valuables, and then miraculously find a way to blame your for their extreme incompetence and lack of skill.
Kind, friendly staff and attention to detail makes Jerry's my go-to dry cleaner.
THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN. We just moved to Brick from North Jersey. I have been a business professional for 20 years and have always used dry cleaning services, so I have a lot to compare it to. I dropped off $89 worth of drycleaning comprised of just about every category: sweaters, men's & women's button downs (some with ruffles), men's & women's slacks, a cocktail dress, women's blazers and here's what I got back: the sweaters still had pills on them (have never gotten a sweater back with pills still on them), the women's and the men's button down shirts had NO STARTCH used and had WRINKLES (to boot, they'll wrinkle within minutes of wearing)! The ruffles on the women's shirt were never pressed down and looked like it was thrown in a wet vat and hung up to dry, the linen men's pants had no starch used (every dry cleaner before now has starched them without ever requesting) and the blazer had a wrinkled collar. These items were immediately hung in my car, driven a half a mile down the road, brought inside, hung and the plastic taken off to inspect the items. I was horrified. They also make sure to send you out the door without the tag attached to the plastic so that you don't know if the wrapped garments are everything you brought in. You would have to make a photocopy of the receipts you bring in to know if you're walking out with all of your items. The thing that also put a bad taste in my mouth is when I originally walked in with my large heap of items, I mentioned to the person taking in my items that it was my first visit, had just moved to the area and I had tried to print their online coupon but I was out of ink and could she honor the $4 coupon when I come back. The answer was NO, you need it at drop off. So she asked "Jerry" (obviously the owner) and he claims he needs it at drop off because the computer won't take it after it's input. So I asked if there was a bar code on it, he said no. So I asked if he could just honor the $4 since I've seen the coupon and he could put a slip in the drawer instead of the coupon. He refused--idiot. Needless to say, I will not be taking my $90 weekly order to Jerry's Dry Cleaners. He's an a/h and the quality is completely lacking.
