I thought since I wasn't going for a concussion I would have a different experience. Not the case.. It was a waste of money, and prolonged my treatment. However, I was able to get what I needed thru another doctor who was very helpful.
The staff was lovely. However, I was in to see dr Keane. I wish I had listened to the person who said with a one star review "I wouldn't send my worst enemy to her, she knows nothing about concussions."
I can't believe the audacity of a business, especially of this nature. I ABSOLUTLY did call and notify the office I was not going to be attending my appointment, that I pay out of pocket for, I also requested my councler called me back as I was going through a very difficult time. This is NOT the first time I've called and left messages and NEVER gotten any response. In fact I believe this will be the 3rd occasion. Clearly their answering system or secretary staff, whomever the blame may fall on, do not take their jobs that seriously if on 3 separate occasions I called to get in touch with my councler and I was never reached back out too. But what I don't understand is the secretary called me numerous times to set up another appointment.. So they clearly know how to reach me & the second they "assume" I didn't call to properly cancel my appointment within the allowed amount of time THEY WHERE calling me every day to collect their $50. I will surely never be recommending them only because I truly believe their more concerned with the money going into their pocket then the services their providing to hopeless or helpseeking patients. Sad because my therapist whome I will not name was great. I'll spend my money else where. Beware.
It costs more for me to miss an appointment than it does to attend one.
