Love, love, love!!!! Friendly staff and very helpful! The salon is also great. Its a 1 stop shop. I've had my hair done by Jenny and facials by Taylor. Such a great environment. Feels like your with your friends when you are there because the staff is so great!
My friends and I were walking and looking around for Christmas presents, but whenever we would look at an item, we would be stared at by a worker. When my friend and I (the beauty gurus that we are) would test out an item on the back of our hands and then go to wipe it off, the workers would give us a dirty look and then ask “do you need help with something”; after repeatedly telling EVERY worker that we did not need help, they were still rude. When we were finally sick and tired of the poor and terrible treatment from the workers we decided to leave, and even while we calmly put our stuff back and proceeded to the door, while helping out other customers the workers still stared and gave me and my two other friends dirty looks. It is disgusting and unfair, the way they treated us: repeatedly accusing us of stealing and treating us as if we were any different then their other customers, we work hard and were willing to spend our hard earned money in there; but after this experience I will never go to that Ulta again.
I am sick and tired of the workers there I was walking in with MY credit card in my hand testing stuff right next to the worker I went up behind her to wipe my hand with the hand sanitizer and and this white worker was mad and had all these other workers follow me all around the store so I just dropped everything and left nice to know ulta doesn’t like black customers and all the white not one black worker are racist
