The staff there is extremely nice and helpful. DR. chu removed polyps from my nose. The surgery went extremely well very little swelling if any at all. There was no down time went to work the next day. This is a doctor you can actually talk to and ask questions he is very knowledgeable in his field of work. I have never felt more comfortable getting this procedure done. I know I am in good hands with him. I will never need to find another ENT doctor again.
I'm not sure about the early reviewer, but I almost always sit in the waiting room for a while before any doctor's appointment. Since this place is for reviews about the actual doctor, I want people to know that Dr. Chu is amazing and I'm so thankful that I went to him for my septoplasty, turbinate reduction and rhinoplasty. Appointments never felt rushed, he listened to every single one of my concerns, was realistic and honest, and I will forever recommend him to anyone looking for a great ENT doctor.
Good doctors horrible waiting times. Sat in the waiting room for almost 1 1/2 hours. If going, take the day off from work. You will be there all day.
