A sales associate who was suppose to make sure my purchase was correct, made a mistake and sold me the wrong battery. I went back to get the right battery and because of their "Every Sale is Final" policy, I was not able to do so. The manager was rude and simpleminded. She stated "I don't see how you don't understand and there are five signs pointing at you, that say "Every Sale is Final." I explained to her several times how I understood that but the mistake was not on me but on one of her employees. Also that she wouldn't be making an exception for me but be doing the right thing! Terrible customer service!
Spent bunches of money here and shoes I wore for literally an hour that were over 90$ broke and when I came in the girl at the front desk acted like she didn't know what a receipt was. What? I'm sorry but did the girl behind the counter that is in charge of the CASH register, takes people's credit cards and money, including bagging dildos and butt plugs doesn't know what a RECEIPT is?!?!?Poor customer service , however the women that is the manager I believe named Terry is very nice and always accommodating and helpful. That is the only reason I give this place a two star.
